If you know the Kona Express Way area in Nibra, then you probably know where we are. Being in Howrah means dealing with the traffic and the noise, but once you get inside the school gates, things settle down a bit. We’ve been running Julien Day School here for quite some time. The building is large enough to hold everyone, and we have the usual stuff like desks, blackboards, and a place for the kids to eat their lunch. It’s a bit of a trek for some students coming from different parts of Howrah, but the location near the expressway makes it easier for the buses to get through. Our days are pretty standard. The morning assembly happens, then everyone heads to their rooms. We try to keep the place tidy, but with so many children running around, there’s always a bit of dust or a stray pencil on the floor. The staff room is usually a mess of notebooks and tea cups. We aren't doing anything flashy here; it’s just about teaching the subjects and getting through the school year without too much trouble. Sometimes the rain makes the ground a bit muddy, but that's just part of life in West Bengal. We mostly just stick to the schedule and make sure the teachers are in their classes on time. It is just a regular school where people come to work and kids come to study. There isn't much more to it than that.
