Shree Laxmi Marble

Our shop is located at 506/1 on GT Road. It is a very busy stretch of road, so there is never a quiet moment with all the cars and trucks zooming by. We have been here at this spot for a long time. The marble blocks are stacked up outside, and they get pretty hot under the sun. We do not have a big team or anything like that. It is just a local operation where we keep things simple. When someone stops by, we just show them what is currently in stock. The inventory changes depending on what we can get our hands on from the suppliers. Some days are slow and we just spend time cleaning the small office or moving slabs around to make space for a new delivery. Other days, we are busy from morning until late at night. We do not use any complicated systems. Everything is tracked in our books. Working on GT Road means we get a lot of dust from the traffic, so we are always dusting off the slabs so people can see the patterns clearly. It is just a regular business like any other on this road. We are not trying to be the biggest or anything, we just want to make sure the people who come to us get what they are looking for without a lot of fuss. It is hard work, but we are used to it by now. We just take it one day at a time and keep the gate open.
