Sanjana Marbles

We have been running Sanjana Marbles for a while now down here at 243, Andul Road. It is a busy part of Sankrail, and you can usually see us outside moving the slabs around when the trucks pull in. The sun hits the yard pretty hard in the afternoon. Most days, it is just me and a couple of others keeping the place organized. We have different types of marble stacked up against the back wall, mostly just what people in the neighborhood need for their homes. The road can get quite dusty with all the traffic passing through, but that is just how it is in this part of town. People stop by when they are passing through Sankrail, often just to look at the patterns in the stone or ask about what we have in stock today. We don’t have fancy displays or anything like that, just the stones themselves sitting on the ground or propped up where you can see them. Sometimes we are busy cutting pieces to size, and the noise from the saw fills the whole space. It is honest work, and we keep ourselves occupied from morning until we close up the gates in the evening. If you are ever driving down Andul Road, you will see the sign and the rows of stone waiting there. It’s a simple setup we’ve got going, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the street and the heavy lifting that comes with the job.
