S. R. Rubber Mfg. Co.

We started S. R. Rubber Mfg. Co. quite some time ago right here in Fort Gloster. If you know where the SBI branch is in Bauria, you can find us pretty easily. It’s a busy spot. We mostly spend our days dealing with rubber materials and trying to keep the machines running right. Making things from rubber is a bit messy and involves a lot of heat, but that’s just how the work goes. Our shop isn't anything fancy to look at, just a practical space where we get things done. Some of the guys have been working these presses for years and they know the smells and sounds of the factory better than their own living rooms. Bauria is a quiet enough place most days, though the traffic near the bank can get a bit thick in the mornings. We don't spend much time on the computer or making things look pretty for the internet. Usually, we are just out on the floor checking the molds or talking to the delivery drivers who come through. It's regular work. Sometimes we have to stay late when a big order comes in, but we don't mind the extra hours. It keeps us busy and pays the bills. The neighborhood knows us as the place that always has stacks of black rubber sitting out back near the entrance. It's just a local business doing what we know how to do without much fuss or bother.
