We are located out in Shibramchak, which is part of the Panchla area. To find us, you’d have to head toward the Rajapur police station side of things. It’s a quiet enough place compared to the big city, but our workshop stays pretty active. We’ve been handling rubber production here for a long time. It’s mostly just us and the machines. The building is an old one, built from bricks that have seen better days, but it keeps the rain off the equipment. In the mornings, you can hear the motors starting up one by one. It’s a rhythmic sound that we’ve all grown accustomed to. We don't do much advertising or anything like that. Most people hear about us from their neighbors or other shop owners in the district. We work with different types of rubber compounds depending on what’s needed that week. Sometimes the supply of raw material is a bit late coming in, but we make do with what we have on hand. It’s hard work, and your hands get dirty by ten in the morning every day. We usually take our tea break together under the tree outside when it’s too hot indoors. There’s no big corporate structure here, just a few of us making sure the sheets are cut right and the orders are packed. It’s a simple life and a simple business that keeps us going year after year.
