Shree Krishna Engineering

Shree Krishna Engineering is located on C.S. Mukherjee Street in Konnagar. If you take the lane south, you’ll see our gate at 7/A. It’s a quiet enough area compared to the main city, but we keep our corner of Hooghly pretty active. The shop is basically our second home. We spend more time here than anywhere else, surrounded by tools and scraps of metal. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. We handle a variety of engineering jobs, mostly small-scale things for local people or nearby small factories. There’s no big corporate structure here; it’s just us. We like the work, even when it’s hot and the power cuts off. We’ve learned over the years that being reliable is what keeps the doors open. We don't have a website or a marketing person. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby or have been coming to us for years. We just try to make sure that whatever leaves our shop is done right. It’s a simple life, focused on the hum of the machines and the smell of grease. We’re usually there early in the morning, getting things ready for the day’s tasks. It’s just how we operate.
