R. G. Roll Mill Engineers

We’re out in Dankuni, on T. N. Mukherjee Road. The place is in Raghunathpur, right under the Dankuni police station area. It’s a very industrial part of the region, which is perfect for what we do with roll mills. You won't find any fancy glass windows or air-conditioned lobbies here. It’s a proper engineering shed where there’s always a bit of grease on the floor and the sound of heavy metal being moved around. We’ve been here for years, and the local workers know us well. The road can get pretty muddy when it rains, making it a bit of a trek to get to the main gate, but we don't mind. We focus on the engineering side of things, fixing parts and making sure the machinery is running like it should. It’s a lot of hands-on work. We don't have a sales team or anyone to do the talking for us. Most of our clients come to us because they’ve heard we know how to handle the heavy stuff. It’s a small team of engineers and helpers who have been together for a long time. We take pride in just getting the job done without any fuss. It’s a quiet life in Raghunathpur, just working through the queue of repairs and builds. We stay until the last machine is fixed most nights. It is just a regular engineering life.
