Mou Caterer

We are located at 407 on G T Road in Baidyabati. It’s a pretty busy spot with the traffic always moving outside our door. Mou Caterer is mostly just us working in the back kitchen where it gets quite hot. We’ve been here for a good few years now. The morning usually starts with us checking the supplies that came in from the local market. It’s not a fancy setup. We have our big stoves and the heavy pots that we’ve used forever. Sometimes the soot gets on everything but we keep the cooking area as clean as we can. When there’s a local wedding or a small party, things get really hectic around here. We don't really have a big staff, just a few people who know how to handle the rice and the curries. You might see us unloading crates of vegetables from the rickshaws right on the main road. The dust from G T Road can be a bit much in the summer months, but we’re used to it. We don't spend money on advertising or anything like that. People in Baidyabati just know where we are. We just try to get the food ready on time and make sure there’s enough for everyone. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from dawn until the evening. We usually close up when the street lights come on and the traffic starts to thin out a bit. That's about it for us.
