Bharati Caterer

Bharati Caterer is a small operation located in Chandan Nagar Khalisani. We have been working out of this area for quite a while now. It started out as just a few of us cooking for local events, and it slowly grew into what it is today. We don't have a big office or a fancy brand. Most people just know our name because they've eaten our food at a cousin's wedding or a neighbor’s house. Our kitchen in Khalisani is where we spend almost all our time. It’s often hot and crowded, especially during the wedding season when we are preparing food for hundreds of people. We try to keep things organized, but when you're dealing with big bags of potatoes and giant vats of oil, it can get a bit messy. We don't use any of those modern marketing tricks. We just show up, do the cooking, and help set the tables. Sometimes we run out of gas or one of the helpers doesn't show up, and we have to work double shifts to make sure everything is ready. It's just the way things go here in Chandan Nagar. We like the fact that we are a local business and that we know most of the people who call us. We just keep our heads down and focus on the work that needs to be done each day.
