Tridatta Farmers Producer Company Limited is situated at B 286 90 Bank Colony. We are right there in Basmatnagar, which is in the Hingoli district. Our office is a simple place where we gather to talk about the crops and the markets. We aren't a big corporation with lots of rules. It is mostly just a group of local people who decided it was better to work together than alone. Basmat is a good area, but farming here has its own set of problems. We spend our time trying to find solutions that work for everyone. It might be about getting better seeds or just figuring out how to transport the grain. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just show up and do the work. Some days we are busy from dawn until late at night. Other days we just sit and plan for the next season. The Bank Colony location is easy to find, and people often just drop in to say hello or ask for advice. We don't mind the interruptions. It is part of being in a community. We try to keep things simple and honest. Life in Maharashtra is busy enough without adding more complexity. We just want to make sure the farmers get what they deserve for their hard work. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside and talk until it comes back on.
