Our office is located at House Number 194 in the village of Karanjala, which is part of the Basmath taluka. It is a small place, but it is where everything happens for Karneshwar Farmer Producer Company Limited. Being right in the village means we are always close to the people we work with. You won't find any glass walls or fancy computers here, just some sturdy furniture and a lot of record books that we keep by hand. People walk in with their boots still covered in soil, and they sit down to talk about their struggles and their wins. We listen and we try to help out where we can. It’s a very direct way of doing business. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are running around outside, and you can hear the sounds of the village coming through the windows all day. It’s not the quietest place to work, but it feels right. We don’t have a lot of rules about how things should be done, as long as the farmers are getting what they need. We spend a lot of time just chatting about the weather and the upcoming festivals. It’s a slow pace of life, but the work we do is important to everyone in Karanjala. We’re just local people looking out for each other, and that’s more than enough for us. It is a simple life, but we are proud of what we do together.
