Kote Bandhu Farmers Producer Company Limited is over in Basmath, specifically in the Borgaon Khuunit area. We are based at Ramrao Pandurang’s place. It’s a small operation we have going here in Parbhani district. A bunch of us farmers who live nearby thought it was time to join together. Dealing with everything by yourself is just too much these days. We aren't a big company with a fancy office. Most of our work happens outside in the sun. The office is really just where we keep the folders and the stamps. We spend most of our time worrying about the crops and the weather like everyone else around here. Sometimes we meet up late at night to talk about prices because that is the only time everyone is free. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write nice speeches for us. We just speak plainly about what we need. Basmath is a good place for farming, but it has its challenges. We try to support each other so no one falls behind. If you are looking for us, we are just down the road from the main part of Borgaon. It’s a humble setup, but it works for us. We are just trying to keep our farms going and provide for our families.
