Sindphana Womans Agro Producer Companylimited

Our group is called Sindphana Womans Agro Producer Company Limited. We are located at House Number 300 on the Main Road in Talkhed. It’s a small village setup, and we work from the premises associated with Choudhari Abasaheb Dnyanoba. Since we are a women-led producer company, we have a bit of a different way of doing things. We focus on the practical side of agriculture and how it affects our families and the village. Most of us have been farming our whole lives, so starting this company felt like a natural step to take. The office is right there on the main road, so it’s easy for people to stop by and chat. We don’t have any flashy advertisements or a big marketing team. It’s just us handling the grain, the seeds, and the sales. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow, but we still get the work finished. We talk a lot while we work, mostly about the crops and what the weather is doing. It’s a very hands-on type of business. Everyone in Talkhed knows where House Number 300 is, and they know we are serious about what we do. We just want to make sure the work we put into the fields actually pays off for everyone involved. It is a lot of responsibility to manage everything, but we enjoy the challenge of working together.
