Shrushti Spices Private Limited

We are based near Basmat in the Hingoli district. Our location is at Feeder No F2, which is right in the middle of a major agricultural zone. We run Shrushti Spices Private Limited from here. The area is also associated with Parbhani, as we are near the border of the two districts. It’s a very practical site, mostly used for processing and handling different kinds of spices. The building is large enough to hold our equipment but it’s definitely not a fancy corporate office. It’s a working warehouse where things get done. The air usually smells like the spices we are working with that day, which can be quite strong. We have a small office section where we keep the books and handle the orders. It’s just a couple of desks and some filing cabinets. We don't have any flashy branding on the walls. Most of our workers are from the nearby villages, and they know the spice business well. It is a lot of physical work, especially during the peak harvest seasons when the trucks are coming and going all day long. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to. Most of our business is done through direct contact with growers and buyers. It’s a straightforward, busy environment. We just focus on the spices and getting them moved to where they need to go without much fuss.
