Our office is at House Number 2 in Chincholi Niloba, which is part of the Aundha taluka. It is a small place, and everyone in the village knows where it is. Saptajeet Farmer Producer Company Limited is really just a collection of us neighbors trying to make the farming life a little bit easier. In a place like Aundha, we have to stick together or the big markets will just ignore us. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just have a room with a table and a few chairs where we sit and talk. We discuss which crops are looking good and who has extra space in their shed. It’s very informal. Sometimes we spend more time drinking tea and talking about the weather than doing actual paperwork. But that’s how we stay connected. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the district. We just want to make sure the families in Chincholi Niloba get a fair shake. It’s a lot of small tasks that add up. We deal with the seeds, the fertilizer, and the eventual sale of the grain. It’s a cycle that repeats every year. We’ve had some tough times with the rain lately, but we just keep going. That’s just life here. We do what we can with what we’ve got.
