Rudrashambhu Producer Company Limited is based in the village of Shivni Bk in the Sengaon area of Hingoli. We are right in the heart of the farming community here, which is exactly where a producer company should be. Our office at Post Shivni Bk is where the local farmers come by to talk about their crops and how we can all work together to get better prices. It’s a simple building, nothing like what you would see in a big city, but it works for us. We have some wooden chairs and a big table where we spread out all the ledgers and documents. Hingoli is a quiet district for the most part, but it gets very busy during the harvest season. We spend a lot of time out in the fields and then come back here to handle the paperwork and the accounts. There is always someone dropping in for a chat or to ask about the market rates. We don't use any fancy language or have big corporate goals, we just want to help the folks in Shivni Bk get their produce sorted. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or slow roads, but that is just part of living and working in this part of the country. It is a slow and steady process, and we are just glad to have a place where the local producers can gather and talk. We try to keep things organized as best we can for the farmers.
