Ospreyt Farmers Producer Company Limited is based out of At H No 125 in the village of Idoli. This is in Hingoli, which is a place with a lot of history in farming. Our office is just a small part of the village life. We aren't trying to be some massive corporate entity with branches everywhere. We are just here in Hingoli, working with the people we have known for years. The house number 125 is where all the decisions happen. It is a quiet spot, but when it is time to move the produce, things get very busy very fast. Everyone who is part of this company is basically a farmer first. We understand what it is like when the market is down or when the pests are bad. That is why we started this producer company in the first place. We needed a way to manage our own affairs without relying on too many outsiders. It is a bit of a drive to get out here if you aren't from the area, but for us, it is just home. The air is clear and the work is honest. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters. We just do the work, keep the books as best as we can, and try to make sure everyone involved gets what they need from their hard labor in the fields. It is a slow process but we are making it work.
