Our small office is over at Sahebaro Limbaji Bele's place in Pimpaldari. If you are looking for us, we are tucked away in the Aundha area of Hingoli. We are just a group of local farmers who decided to join up as a producer company. It wasn't because we wanted to be big business people, but because farming alone is getting harder every year. We spend most of our time out in the dirt, checking on the crops and worrying about the rain. When we do meet up at the house, it's usually just a bunch of us sitting around with some tea, talking about the price of seeds or which tractor needs fixing. There are no fancy desks or computers everywhere. It’s a simple setup because that’s all we need. We grew up on these lands and our fathers did too. The paperwork side of things is a bit of a struggle for us, to be honest. We’d much rather be out in the fields than filling out forms. But we know it’s important to keep things official. We try to help each other out when someone has a bad harvest. It’s a tight community here in Hingoli. We don't have any polished speeches or big plans to take over the market. We just want to get a fair price for our hard work so we can keep our families going and maybe buy some better equipment next year. That is the long and short of it.
