Jaybhaye Brothers Farmer Producer Company Limited is a family-run effort located in Sidheshwar, over in Hingoli. Pandarinath Bhagwanrao Jaybhaye’s place is where we keep our records and meet up to talk. Hingoli is our home, and we have been working these fields for as long as we can remember. We decided to put our names together to see if we could do better as a group. Farming can be lonely if you are just one person, so having the brothers and other local farmers involved helps us keep going. We spend our mornings looking at the sky and our afternoons in the dirt. Sidheshwar is a good place, but like anywhere else, it has its challenges. Sometimes the market prices are low, or the pests get into the crops, and we have to figure out what to do. We don't have any professional writers here, just us writing down what we do every day. Our office is just a room with some chairs and a table where we talk about the crops and the rain. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a machine breaks, we fix it ourselves if we can. It’s about making a living and making sure our families are okay. Being in Hingoli means we are part of a community that understands hard work. We aren't trying to be something we are not. We are just farmers from Sidheshwar trying to keep the name going.
