We are located at H No. 1271/13 in the village of Bhendgaon. Most folks around here know us from the Chondi Amba post or just from seeing us work in the Basmath area of Hingoli. Our group is all about silk, which is why we have Resheem in our name. It is a very different kind of life compared to growing cotton or soy. You have to be very quiet and careful with the silkworms. They are sensitive to the heat and the noise. We started this company because we wanted to have more control over how we sell the cocoons. The office is just a regular house where we keep our logs and meet to discuss the mulberry trees. It’s not a corporate environment at all. You’ll usually find someone there with dirt on their hands or busy cleaning the trays. We are just normal farmers trying to make a living in a tough industry. The weather in Maharashtra can be unpredictable, and that keeps us on our toes. We don't use any big marketing words. We just talk about the quality of the silk and how to keep the worms healthy. If someone in the group is having trouble with their shed, we all go over to help out. It’s a community effort more than anything else. We are proud of what we do even if it is a lot of hard, messy work every single day.
