Agrorich Farmer Producer Company Limited is set up in Ranjani village, which falls under the Ghansawangi tehsil. We are operating from Shri Gopalrao Bapurao’s place. It is a very rural setting, right in the middle of where the actual work happens. You won't find any glass buildings here. Instead, you'll see a lot of tractors and people walking back and forth from their fields. Our office is just a practical space with some basic furniture. We deal with a lot of paperwork because of all the government rules, so there are always ledgers and documents lying around. Sometimes the power goes out for a few hours, and we just sit outside in the shade of the trees to finish our discussions. It’s a very grounded way of doing things. We know everyone in the village, and they know us. People come by to ask questions or just to see how the company is doing. We talk about the rain, the pests, and what the market rates look like in the bigger towns. It's a lot of hard work, and we don't have time for anything flashy. We focus on the daily tasks and making sure we are keeping track of everything for the members. It gets dusty during the dry months, but that’s just part of living in Ranjani. We are just local people working together in our own way.
