Yo Chaat

Yo Chaat. We're on the ground floor of the Unitech Arcadia Market in South City 2, Gurgaon. Sector 49 is a pretty active part of the city. Arcadia market is always full of people running errands or grabbing a snack. We’re right there in the middle of it. We don’t have a big story about how we started. We just liked the idea of having a small spot in a busy market. Gurgaon changes so fast, it’s hard to keep up sometimes. New buildings go up, old ones change, but the market stays pretty constant. We spend our days dealing with the crowd and the heat. It’s a small space, so things can get a bit cramped when it’s busy, but we make it work. It’s not a fancy sit-down place with waiters in suits. It’s just a ground floor shop where we do our thing. We try to keep the counter clean and the supplies stocked. Most of our day is spent prepping and talking to the people who stop by while they’re out shopping. It’s a loud, energetic place to be. We don’t use any polished language or have big goals. We just want to be here tomorrow and do it all over again. Being in South City 2 is good for us. It keeps us on our toes and the days go by pretty fast.
