We've been running things here at Cosmic Kitchen for a bit now. You can find us up on the first floor at 1229 Sec17-C in Gurgaon. It's just a regular spot where we get the cooking done every day. We aren't trying to do anything fancy or over the top, just keeping the kitchen moving and making sure people get what they need. Most days start pretty early because there is always a lot of prep work to handle before the rush. The space isn't huge but it works for what we do. Gurgaon is a busy place so being in Sec17-C keeps us right in the middle of everything going on. We see a lot of the same faces coming through, which is nice. It’s mostly about showing up and doing the work without a lot of fuss. Sometimes the ovens give us trouble or the supplies arrive a bit late, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We just deal with it and keep the orders moving out. If you're looking for us, look for the sign on the first floor. We don't spend much time on social media or advertising because there's always something to clean or cook. It is just a team of us trying to keep the food coming out hot. We've been at this address for a while and know the neighbors pretty well by now.
