Mcdonald'S

This is the McDonald's location over at Room Number 23 in the Old Billu House. We are in Sarhaul, which is part of Sector 18 in Gurgaon. It is a bit of a specific spot, not your usual big standalone building. We are part of the local scene here. Most of the time we are just busy making food and keeping the counter clear. It gets very crowded during lunch because of all the offices nearby. The kitchen is always hot and there is a lot of noise from the machines. We work in shifts, so you might see different faces depending on when you come by. It’s a lot of standing and moving fast. We don't really have time for long chats, but we try to be polite. The Old Billu House is a well-known landmark around here, so that helps people find us. Sometimes the supply truck is late and we have to scramble. It is just basic food service work. We are a small team and we just get on with it. Every day is pretty much the same routine. Clean up, prep the food, serve the people, and then clean up again. It’s hard work but it keeps the neighborhood fed. That is what we do here in Sarhaul every day. It is not fancy, just quick food for busy people who work in the sector nearby.
