We operate out of Plot No. 790-P in Sector-57. Wonderspoon Hospitality isn't a massive hotel chain or anything like that. We’re a small team focused on the food and service side of things here in Gurugram. The office is a bit of a mix of a kitchen and a workspace. We spend a lot of time planning menus and figuring out how to make events run smoother. It’s a lot of logistics, honestly. You wouldn't think hospitality involves so many spreadsheets, but it does. We’ve been in this Sector-57 spot for a bit now, and we like the neighborhood. It’s easy to get around from here. We aren't the type to use a lot of buzzwords. We just show up and try to make sure everything goes right for the people we’re working with. Sometimes things are a bit chaotic, especially when we have three things happening at once. We’ve had to learn how to keep our cool when a delivery is late or a stove breaks down. It’s just life in the hospitality business. We keep our operations lean and don't waste money on things that don't matter. It’s about being practical and getting the job done without making a big scene about it. We’re just local people doing what we know how to do. Most days involve a lot of checking lists and making sure the staff knows the daily plan.
