Venture Caterers

Our kitchen is set up in DLF Phase 3, over at S-56/19. If you are heading towards Nathupur or near Neelkaanth Hospital, you’ve probably passed by us without even realizing it. We don't have a big sign out front because we are mostly busy inside getting food ready for delivery. We do a lot of catering for the offices and homes around this part of Gurgaon. It’s a lot of early mornings for us, starting the prep work before the sun is even up so that lunch is ready on time. We use big metal containers to transport everything, and our van is constantly going back and forth between here and various event sites. The kitchen isn't very large, but we’ve organized it so we can cook for a lot of people at once. It gets pretty humid in there when the big steamers are going. We are just a group of people who know how to cook in bulk and get it where it needs to go. We don't do any of that fancy plated service you see on TV, it’s mostly buffet style where people help themselves. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and the neighbors know us by the smells of whatever we are cooking that day. It’s steady work and we just focus on making sure the food is hot when it arrives. Not much else to tell.
