Tiffin Service

We run this tiffin service out of Sector 12 A, right off Sohna Road. Every morning starts way before the sun is even up. The kitchen gets hot pretty fast once we start the stoves. We spend hours chopping vegetables, stirring big pots of dal, and making sure the rotis are soft. It’s a lot of work to get everything packed into those little stainless steel boxes before the delivery guys show up. We started this because we noticed so many people in the offices around Sohna Road didn't have time to cook a proper meal for themselves. It’s just basic, home-style food, nothing like what you’d get in a fancy restaurant. We don’t use any strange preservatives, just what we would eat ourselves at home. Sometimes the rain makes the deliveries late, which is always a headache, but we try to stay on top of it. The smell of turmeric and toasted cumin usually fills the whole space by mid-morning. We don't have a big storefront or anything, just a functional kitchen area where all the magic happens. We’ve got a small list of regular customers who have been with us for months. It feels good to know that people are eating well because of what we do here in Sector 12 A. We just keep our heads down, keep the kitchen clean, and make sure the food tastes right every single day.
