Three Dudes Restaurants Private Limited

Three Dudes Restaurants is located in SS Omnia, over in Sector 86. We’ve got shop GF-157 on the ground floor. The name is pretty literal—it’s just a few of us who decided to get into the restaurant business together. We aren't professional chefs with big hats; we’re just guys who like good food and wanted to open a place in Narsinghpur. It was a lot harder to set up than we thought it would be. Dealing with the plumbing and the kitchen layout took forever. Now that we’re open, it’s a constant whirlwind. One of us is usually fixing something while the others are handling the customers or the kitchen. It’s not a fancy fine-dining place. We wanted it to feel like somewhere you can just show up and eat without any fuss. The 122004 area is growing fast, so there are always new faces coming in. We’ve had some disasters, like the time the fridge stopped working on a Saturday night, but we dealt with it. We’re learning as we go. We don't have a big corporate manual or fancy rules. We just try to treat people well and serve food that we actually like eating ourselves. It’s a lot of work and we’re tired most of the time, but it’s ours. We plan on staying here in Gurgaon for a long time because the community has been pretty decent to us so far.
