The Omega Cuisine

We are located right inside the V3S Mall on Vikas Marg in Lakshmi Nagar. You can find us at Shop No G 28 and G 29 on the ground floor. Being in a mall means things are always moving and there is always noise from the shoppers passing by. The Omega Cuisine is where we spend all our hours, mostly in the kitchen or checking the tables. It’s not a huge place, but we made it work. The smell of the food usually fills up the space around our entrance. We don't have any corporate bosses telling us what to do; we just cook what we know people like to eat. The lunch hour is always a bit of a scramble with office workers trying to eat quickly before they head back. Then it gets a bit quieter in the afternoons before the families show up for dinner. We’ve had to fix the chairs and repaint the walls ourselves more than once. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and dealing with picky eaters, but that is just how the food business goes. We don't go for any of those fancy food awards. We just want the plates to come back empty. The staff is just a few local guys who have been with us since we opened these two units. It’s a busy spot but we like the energy of the mall.
