You can find The Malt Company India Ltd. down on Khandsa Road. It’s a pretty busy stretch of road with lots of trucks and traffic going by all day long. We’ve been based here for quite some time now. The facility isn't something out of a magazine; it's a real working plant with the smell of grain and the sound of machinery always in the background. We spend our time processing malt and making sure the quality is what it needs to be for the different batches. It’s dusty work and can get quite hot in the summer months, but the team here is used to it. We don't use any flashy slogans or pretend we have all the answers. We just know how to handle the raw materials we get. Every morning, we check the machines and see what the schedule looks like. Sometimes a part breaks down and we have to spend half the day fixing it, which can be frustrating, but that’s just part of the job. Most of us have been working on Khandsa Road for years, so we know the neighbors and the local suppliers well. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls. It’s mostly just metal desks and filing cabinets filled with old records. We just focus on getting the product out the door and making sure the bills are paid on time. It is a long day usually, but we are satisfied with how we do things.
