Ichizen

If you find yourself in Sector 15 Part 2 of Gurgaon, you might stumble upon our place, Ichizen. We are situated right near National Highway No- 8, which means there is always a lot of traffic and noise nearby. It is just the reality of being in this part of the city. We have been here for a bit, serving whoever stops by. The building isn't anything special to look at, but it works for us. Inside, it is just a normal space where we try to keep things organized. Most of the people who come in are either living nearby in the sector or working in one of the offices around here. Gurgaon moves fast, but we try to keep a steady pace inside these walls. We handle everything ourselves, from cleaning the floors to taking the orders. There isn't some big manual on how we do things; we just figure it out as we go. Sometimes the kitchen gets a bit chaotic when several orders come in at once, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the most famous spot in Gurgaon. We just want to provide a place where people can eat without a lot of drama. The highway is always buzzing outside, but inside we just focus on the task at hand. It is a simple life, and we are used to the routine of it all by now. We just want to keep things running for our neighbors.
