Foodcats

We are located in Kaushik Complex in Sukhrali. It’s right near the Punjab National Bank branch here in Gurgaon 122001. Foodcats is a small operation. Most of our day is spent handling the usual stuff like inventory and making sure the kitchen is ready. Sukhrali is a bit of a maze if you aren't from around here. We get people who work at the bank or nearby offices. They usually look like they are in a hurry. We try to keep things moving. The complex itself is always busy with people coming and going for their own errands. We don't have fancy decorations. It's just a practical place to get something to eat. My clothes usually smell like the kitchen by the time I go home. We have a few staff members who have been here a while. We know who likes what. The weather in Gurgaon gets really dusty, so we are always wiping the counters. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it keeps the business going. We aren't part of some big chain. It’s just us here in Sukhrali. Sometimes we sit outside for a minute when it’s quiet. But it’s rarely quiet near the bank. There are always cars and bikes parked everywhere. We just manage the space we have and try to get things right for the people who walk in. Most days are long, but we get through the tasks one by one without complaining much. It’s just how we earn our living.
