Blue Ingredients

Our spot is on the third floor of Iris Tech Park, right on Sohna Road in Gurgaon. It’s one of those busy glass buildings, but inside, we’re just regular folks dealing with food ingredients every day. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and checking on inventory. The office gets a bit messy with paperwork and samples, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We’ve been in this sector for a while now, and we know the ropes. Most of the time, we’re just trying to make sure our customers get what they need without too much fuss. Sohna Road is always crowded, so getting in and out can be a bit of a chore, but the location works for us. We don't do anything too complicated here, just the day-to-day management of the business. Sometimes we have tea together in the small break area and talk about the weekend. It’s a pretty straightforward place to work. We handle all sorts of ingredients, and there’s always a new challenge with logistics or storage. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We just show up, do the work, and try to keep things running smoothly for everyone involved. It’s a lot of emails, a lot of coordination, and just trying to stay organized in the middle of all the madness. We just keep our heads down and work.
