Food Smugglers

We started Food Smugglers over at 168, Sector 43 in Gurgaon. It is a small place near Paras Hospital in the EWS Colony. We aren't some big chain or a fancy corporate setup. It is just a few of us who wanted to make food for the people living around here. Gurgaon is a busy city and everyone is always in a rush, so we keep things pretty straightforward. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone writing polished scripts for us. We just open up the doors and get to work in the kitchen every morning. The space isn't huge, but it works for what we need. Sometimes when it gets really busy, things can get a bit chaotic, but we do what we can to keep up. We know most of the neighbors by now and they seem to like having us around. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. It’s just a local spot for a meal. If you are walking past the hospital, you’ll probably see us. We’ve lived in this area for years, so it felt right to open something here. We don't have high-end furniture or anything like that. It’s just a practical shop with a stove and some tables. We try to keep it real and honest. That’s just the way we like to run things.
