Our kitchen is tucked away on the first floor of U 2/7 in DLF Phase III. If you know Gurgaon, you know this area is always moving and changing. Wrapster Foods Pvt Ltd is what we call ourselves, and we spend most of our time rolling up wraps and getting orders ready for the lunch rush. The first floor gets a bit warm during the Haryana summers, but we have some fans that help out a little. It’s not a huge space, so we have to stay organized or we’d be tripping over each other all day. We use the small kitchen to prep everything fresh every single morning. DLF Phase III has a lot of office workers and residents, so there is always someone looking for a quick bite to eat. We don't have a big fancy storefront with neon lights or anything like that. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just seeing our delivery bikes parked outside the building. We are just a group of friends and workers who liked the idea of making decent food that’s easy to eat on the go. There are always crates of vegetables coming in and bags of flour stacked in the corner. It’s a bit cramped, but it feels like a real workspace where things actually get done. We don't have time for corporate meetings or long reports. We just make the food, pack it up, and send it out the door to our customers. It is what it is.
