Middleby Celfrost Onnovations Pvt Ltd is located on the third floor of SLV House at Plot No-14. It’s a decent climb up if you aren't using the lift, but the view from our windows gives us a good look at the surrounding area. Our daily routine involves a lot of talk about refrigeration and professional kitchen setups. The office is usually filled with the sound of phones ringing and people discussing technical specs. It’s not a very quiet place, but it’s productive. We have some display units around the office so we can show people what the equipment looks like in person. Most of us have been working in this industry for quite a while, so we don't need much instruction on what needs to be done. We just come in, check the messages, and start working through the list. SLV House is a busy building, so there is always some activity in the hallways. We keep our space organized, though sometimes the paperwork for international orders gets a bit overwhelming. It’s just part of the job. We don’t have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just have our desks, our computers, and our coffee mugs. It’s a basic, functional environment where we focus on getting the right equipment to the right people without any unnecessary drama or complicated processes.
