The Kashmiri Chefs Way

The Kashmiri Chefs Way is a small counter, specifically Counter No 7, located inside the Mgf Metropolitan Mall. You can find us on the 3rd floor in the food court area. The mall is on M G Road in Gurgaon, which is a very crowded and fast-paced part of the 122001 area. Being in a food court means things are always moving. There is the constant sound of people talking and trays moving around. We are just one of the many spots where you can grab something to eat. Our space at Counter 7 isn't very big, but we make it work. The 3rd floor is usually where everyone goes when they are hungry after shopping. We don't have a lot of room for fancy stuff, so we just focus on the cooking and serving. The mall gets really packed on the weekends, and the energy up here on the 3rd floor can be a lot. We are just regular people working shifts, trying to keep the counter clean and the food moving out to the customers. It’s a busy environment and we are just a small part of it. We don't have any big mission statements. We just show up at the mall, open the counter, and get to work like everyone else in Gurgaon. It’s hard work being in a food court, but it’s what we do every day on M G Road.
