Subway

This place is located over at B-1/8 in Karol Bagh. It's a busy neighborhood and we see a lot of people coming and going all day. Being at this Subway means we deal with a lot of different folks, from students to people working in the nearby shops. The mornings usually start with us setting things up and making sure everything is where it needs to be. Karol Bagh can get pretty crowded, especially on the weekends, so we have to stay on our toes. It's just a regular sandwich shop, nothing too complicated about it. We spend a lot of time behind the counter. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up when it's really hot outside, but we just deal with it. It’s a small space, so things can get a bit cramped when there’s a rush. We’ve been at this B-1/8 spot for a while now. Most people find us easily enough since we're right there on the street. It’s a lot of repetitive work, cutting bread and piling on the toppings, but it’s what we do. We don't have a big team, just a few of us working shifts to keep the doors open. It’s a decent place to work if you don’t mind being on your feet all day. We just try to get the orders right and keep the place as clean as possible for the next person who walks in. It isn't much, but it's what we do every day.
