Subway

We are located on the second floor of H-146/47 in Sector 63. Being up on the second floor means you have to walk up the stairs, which some people don't like, but most get used to it. We get a lot of office workers from the buildings around here, especially during the lunch hour from 1 to 2. It gets pretty hectic then, with everyone wanting their sandwiches made just right. We have all the bread and veggies laid out so people can see what they’re getting. It’s a small space, so it gets crowded quickly. Sometimes we run out of a specific type of bread if the morning was busier than we expected. We just work through the orders as they come in. The staff here has been doing this for a while, so we know how to move fast. It’s not a place for a long dinner; it’s more for a quick bite so you can get back to work. We keep the counter as clean as possible, even when things are moving fast. There are a few tables if you want to sit, but many people just take their food back to their desks. The air conditioning struggles a bit when the afternoon sun hits the windows, so it can get a little warm inside during the summer. We have a routine of cleaning the tables, but sometimes we miss one if it's really busy.
