Sublime Urban Platters

We are Sublime Urban Platters and you can find us over on Sohna Road in Gurgaon, specifically near South City 2. We spend our days putting together different food platters for people in the area. It started out as a small idea because we noticed people around here are always looking for something easy to serve when they have company over or just want a meal that is already laid out. Our kitchen is tucked away near the main road where the traffic is always moving. We do a lot of chopping, prep work, and arranging throughout the morning to get things ready for the afternoon orders. It is a small team of us working in the back. We don't have a big fancy storefront with neon lights. It is more about the work we do with the ingredients we get from the local suppliers. Gurgaon is a very fast-paced city and we try to keep up with that, even if things get a bit chaotic during the lunch rush. Sometimes we run out of certain items if the market didn't have what we needed, but we just make do with what is fresh that day. We aren't some giant food chain with a manual for everything. We just figure it out as we go and try to make sure the food is decent and ready on time. It is a simple, practical business for us.
