Studiof&B Cafe And Kitchens Llp operates out of Flat No. 402 in Sovereign 3, which is part of Vatika City in Sector 49. It’s an interesting spot because we are right on Sohna Road, one of the busiest parts of Gurgaon. The flat is where we handle the office side of the cafe and the kitchens, so there are usually a few laptops open and a lot of coffee mugs sitting around. It’s not a traditional shopfront, so we don't get random people walking in off the street, which helps us stay focused on the management side of things. Looking out from the fourth floor, you can see the constant stream of cars and the tall buildings all around us. We spend our days coordinating between different kitchen sites and making sure the menus are sorted out. It can get a bit messy with papers and samples of packaging lying everywhere on the tables. Sometimes we have meetings in the living area of the flat, which feels a lot more casual than a corporate boardroom. We’re just a group of people who work in the food business, and we don't spend much time worrying about looking polished or professional. The Sohna Road traffic is a constant background noise, but you stop noticing the horns after a while. It’s just our little workspace in the middle of a very crowded city, and it serves its purpose for us.
