Steel Guru

If you come by Millennium Plaza in Sushant Lok 1, you’ll find us in 704-B. Steel Guru is basically a bunch of people who spend all day looking at data and news about the steel market. It’s a lot of staring at screens and typing up what we find. The office is comfortable enough, though the air conditioning can be a bit temperamental during the peak of summer. We try to keep things simple here. We don't have big meetings for no reason or use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just gather information and share it. It sounds simple but there is always something happening in the world that changes the price of steel or how it’s moved around. We have stacks of reports and trade journals lying around the tables. Usually, the morning is the busiest time because that’s when the news breaks. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now and we’ve got a routine that works for us. It’s a quiet office for the most part, except for the sound of keyboards clicking. We don't go in for big marketing campaigns. We just focus on the facts and the numbers we see every day. It's a small team and we all know our roles. We like the location because it’s easy to get to, and it feels like a good place to do this kind of work. We mostly stay focused on the data we collect throughout the week.
