Varun Industries

Varun Industries is located at Plot No. 212 in Sector -3 of the HSIDC area in Bawal. This is a real industrial zone, so don't expect any gardens or pretty sights. It is all factories, wide roads, and heavy trucks. Our plot is a functional space where we handle our manufacturing. The building is made of concrete and metal, designed to withstand the heavy work we do inside. The noise of the machines is constant from the moment we start in the morning until we shut down for the evening. It gets very dusty out here, and the sun beats down on the metal roofs during the summer. We have a dedicated crew that knows the machinery inside and out. We don't do much in the way of corporate meetings. Most of our discussions happen right on the factory floor while something is being built or repaired. It is a tough environment but it is where we feel at home. Bawal is a long way from the city, so most of us are used to the commute and the local food stalls. We just focus on getting the production numbers right and making sure the machines don't break down too often. It is a no-nonsense type of operation. We show up, we work hard, and we keep the facility running. That is the long and short of it for us.
