Our office is at 164 Sec. 7 in the Urban Estate area of Gurgaon. It’s a pretty established part of town, so things are a bit more settled around here compared to the newer sectors. We work with stainless steel, which isn't the most glamorous thing, but it’s what we know. The office handles a lot of the administrative side of things, like orders and scheduling. You can hear the phones ringing pretty much from nine to five. It’s a decent-sized building, nothing too over the top. We have a small parking area that fills up way too fast in the morning. If you’re late, you’re parking down the street. The staff here has been together for a long time. We’ve seen Gurgaon change a lot from this window. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the loudest, we just focus on the metal orders and making sure the numbers match up at the end of the month. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles in the peak of summer, but we manage. There’s a guy who brings tea around twice a day which everyone looks forward to. It’s a steady kind of job. We don’t have those fancy bean bag chairs or ping pong tables. Just desks, computers, and a lot of talk about steel grades and shipping dates. It’s what keeps the lights on for us and keeps everyone busy throughout the whole week.
