If you’re driving down Palam Vihar Road, you’ve probably seen us right across from Ansal Plaza in Ashok Vihar Phase 3. It's a loud place to work, mostly because of the steel being moved around and the general noise from the main road. The shop is filled with tools, metal bits, and sketches for whatever interior job we’re currently handling. We don’t have a fancy showroom. It’s mostly just a workspace where things get built and painted. Most days, the air smells a bit like metallic dust and fresh paint. We’ve been across from the mall for quite some time, and it’s funny watching the shoppers go by while we’re busy welding or measuring frames. The floor is usually covered in scrap metal by the end of the day. We try to sweep it up before heading home, but some of it always stays in the corners. The guys here have been doing this for years, so we don't need much instruction anymore. We just know what needs doing when a new order comes in. Being in Ashok Vihar means we get a lot of local walk-ins asking about gates or kitchen fittings. It gets pretty hot in the summer, especially with the machinery running, but we have a couple of old fans that keep the air moving. It’s just honest work in a busy part of town, nothing more to it.
