Even though the name says Global Steel Philippinnes-Philippines, we are actually located right here in Gurgaon at 490A/16 Civil-Lines. It sounds a bit confusing, but we handle things for the Philippines side of the business from this office. Civil Lines is a much older and more established part of the city compared to the new developments. It’s got a lot of trees and is generally much quieter, which we appreciate. Our office is a bit of a mix of things. We have a lot of international documents and maps on the walls since we are dealing with overseas locations. It’s a small team here in Gurgaon, and we spend most of our time on the internet or on international calls. The building we are in is quite traditional, and we have been here for a good while. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s just a practical workspace where we can sit down and focus on the steel trade details. Sometimes the connection can be a bit slow, but we make it work. We handle a lot of logistics and technical specs throughout the day. It’s a specific kind of work, and being in this part of Gurgaon makes the commute and the daily routine feel a bit more relaxed than if we were in the middle of a business district.
