You can find us at Plot No. 19 on Circular Road, right in the New Colony area and not far from Ganga Plaza. Shiv Steels Pvt. Ltd. is where we spend our days. It’s a decent-sized plot, which is lucky because we need the space for all the steel we keep on hand. The road can get a bit congested, especially near the plaza, but we’ve got enough room for trucks to turn around. Most of our work involves checking the inventory and making sure the loaders are putting the right stuff on the right trucks. We have a small office on-site where we handle the billing. It’s nothing special, just some desks and a lot of files. We aren't really the type of people to use big words or try to impress anyone. We just know our steel and we know our customers. A lot of the guys working here live nearby in the colony, so it feels like a neighborhood business. We have a routine that we stick to, starting early in the morning before it gets too hot. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to do things the hard way, but we always get through it. We just focus on being reliable and getting the work done without making a big fuss about it. That's how we've always operated. We don't need much more than that to get by.
