Sharma Caterers

Sharma Caterers is located right near Hero Honda Chowk. It’s a busy landmark, so it makes it easy for our delivery vans to get out onto the main road quickly. Our kitchen is where everything happens. It’s usually hot and smells like spices and fresh bread. We have big pots and pans that are constantly being washed and used again. There’s no fancy dining room here because we take the food to where the people are. We spend our mornings prepping vegetables and our afternoons cooking up large batches of whatever has been ordered for the day. It’s hard work and involves a lot of standing on your feet, but we’re used to it. The team here is mostly family and a few neighbors who have worked with us for a long time. We don't have a glossy menu with professional photos. We just tell people what we can make and they let us know what they need. Sometimes we are working late into the night to get everything ready for an early morning event. The floor is always getting mopped and the counters are always being wiped down. It’s a constant cycle of cleaning and cooking. We don't do much marketing because word of mouth usually keeps us plenty busy. If you pass by Hero Honda Chowk, you might catch a whiff of what we’re cooking that day. It is just a few of us in the kitchen making sure the food is ready on time. We take pride in just getting the job done without a lot of fuss.
