Eatallnite - Food Delivery Restaurant

We operate out of a kitchen at No. 519, Khasra No. 177 in Chakkarpur, right in Sector 28. It gets pretty intense in here once the sun goes down. While most people are heading to bed, our stoves are just getting hot. Our main job is getting food out to people who are hungry late at night. The place isn't a sit-down spot where you get fancy napkins. It’s a working kitchen with heavy pans, big burners, and the constant sound of orders coming in. We spend our shift chopping vegetables, stirring pots, and packing boxes as fast as we can. Chakkarpur is a busy area, so there’s always something going on outside our door even at 2 AM. The air smells like spices and fried onions most of the time. We have a small team, and we all know our roles. One guy handles the breads, another is on the curry, and someone else is making sure the delivery drivers find the right bags. It’s sweaty work and your feet hurt by the end of it, but it’s what we do. We don’t spend much time on decorations or anything like that because the food has to go out quick. We just keep our heads down and cook until the morning light starts showing up over Sector 28. It’s a different kind of life working when everyone else is asleep.
