Saral Food Specilties

Saral Food Specilties is based at C-8 in Udyog Vihar Phase-5. If you know this part of town, you know it’s always packed with people and vehicles. We’ve been set up in this particular spot for quite some time. It’s a modest space, but it works well for what we do with food. Every morning, the first thing you notice when you walk through the door is the smell of whatever we’re processing. We spend a lot of our time checking batches and making sure nothing is sitting around for too long. It is a lot of manual work, to be honest. Not everything is automated like the big factories you see on television. We have a small team here, and most of us have been working together for several years now. We know the neighbors and the delivery drivers pretty well. Sometimes the traffic in Phase-5 gets really bad toward the end of the day, so we try to get our loading finished as early as we can. It’s just a regular workplace. We don't have any big signs or a fancy lobby to impress people. Just the main doors and the workspace where we handle all the food items. It’s surprisingly quiet inside compared to the noise out on the street. We keep things clean and just keep moving through the daily orders. There isn't anything too complicated about it. We show up, do the work at C-8, and head home.
